Geann Ferreira, owner of AMF Construction, LLC, was born in Brazil and came to the United States at sixteen to pursue the American dream. He finished school here, became a proud U.S. citizen, and now speaks three languages daily. Geann credits every achievement—from building his business to building a new life—to hard work, determination, and above all, the grace of God.
He is a skilled tradesman in framing, foundations, siding, roofing, trim carpentry, tile, flooring, and more. He not only has the right team, but is capable of quality checking all other tradesman's work.
With 22 years of construction and remodeling experience, and 13 years of running AMF Construction, LLC under his belt, he is a great choice for your next home build or remodel.

At AMF Construction, LLC things are done a little differently.
Where most contractors/builders will set clients loose to choose all their finishes and fixtures by a set deadline, AMF has Brooke.
She helps guide clients all the way through the process, from floor planning and drafting new builds or remodels, to all the finishing touches and details in design and function. With her eye for style and function, and budget conscious nature, she is able to make the clients true vision come to light.
She also focuses on what is appropriate for the home itself to make sure the final product all fits together seamlessly. The amount of decisions that need to be made in a quality build or remodel can be overwhelming, and she is here to make that process smooth and fun instead of stressful and discouraging.
